Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

​Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

​Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 
• Due to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, processing and shipping times may be affected.
• We will do our best to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
• If you have not received any communication from us in more than 2 weeks please email us at mysticmamas@themysticmavens.com

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• ​We use USPS Priority Cubic shipping which should take 1-5 days of transit time. 
• ​Small (1candle) - $8.71-$17.09
• Medium (2candles) - $8.77-$24.69
• Large (3+candles) - $8.93-$30.84
• ​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• ​Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

• Mystic Mavens LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​Customs, Duties and Taxes

• Mystic Mavens LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• Mystic Mavens LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

• We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

• Before every burn you should make sure the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch. Trimming the wick before every burn keeps the flame a suitable size and allows the candle to function to the best of its ability. 
• 4-6 hours should be the maximum time a candle is burned in a single sitting. A burn time longer that 4-6 hours will cause the vessel to get too hot, and carbon can build up on the wick and cause it to overheat further.
• Always place candle on a heat resistant surface, preventing any heat damage to underlying surfaces.
• Keep candles on heat resistant surfaces out of reach from Children and Pets.
• Place candle away from moving air. To get the most out of the scent of the candle putting it in a safe spot away from air flow allows all of the aromas to disperse more evenly and allows the candle to safely burn.
• Never use water to extinguish the flame as it can cause the hot wax to splash and shatter the vessel, use a proper candle snuffer or gently blow out.
• Ensure that all embers are no longer glowing red and completely extinguished.
• Make sure vessel has completely cooled before touching and or moving.
• When the wax is approximately 1/2 inch from the bottom stop burning. To reuse vessel, place it in a sink of warm water reaching halfway up the vessel, after about 10 minutes the wax will separate from the container and you can pop it out.
